Chairman
Marc Delandre is currently Director of the ENEDIS Metering Division.
He worked during 30 years for EDF Group (R&D, Business Entities, Network Division).
He is a graduated Engineer from Supelec.
Leon Vergeer
General Secretary
Leon Vergeer has been working as a management consultant for over 20 years. He worked for a wide range of international clients in a variety of industries but predominantly in energy. He has broad experience in utilities and worked in the smart metering program of Enexis in The Netherlands.
Martial Monfort
Treasurer
Martial Monfort is currently Chief Technical Officer of the ENEDIS smart metering program where he is specially focused on strategic relationship with industrial partners. He has been involved in G3-PLC development and field experimentations for more than 10 years. He joined EDF Group in 1990 where he has been working in the field of telecommunications projects, cybersecurity, broadband and narrow band PLC and smart grid services. He holds a telecom engineer degree from Sup Galilée Paris.
Cédric LAVENU
Chair Technical Working Group
Cédric Lavenu is expert research engineer at EDF R&D, where he has been working in the field of powerline communications and related smart grid applications for more than 10 years. He has made significant contributions to the G3 standard within the G3-Alliance and is active in various Standard Development Organizations such as IEC, CENELEC, IEEE and IETF. He joined EDF in 2008 aft er graduation at ESIEE (Ecole Supérieure d’Ingénieurs en Electrotechnique et Electronique) engineering school, France.
Alain Moreau
Chair Interoperability and Testing
Alain Moreau has more than 25 years of experience on embedded and communication systems.
He joined Trialog in 1990 where he has been working in the design and implementation of innovative industrial applications and systems software for the energy, automobile and home industry. Since 1993 he has been director at TRIALOG where he is now managing the energy activities (including smart metering), and the automobile activities (including hybrid / electric vehicle).
He holds a PhD from Université de Valenciennes, France and an engineering degree from Ecole Centrale Lille, France.
Madeleine FRANCILLARD
Chair of Certification Program Executive Committee (CPEC)
Madeleine Francillard is one of the founders of Trialog. She leads the company for 20 years as President Director General to strengthen its growth based on the implementation of innovation in industrial embedded systems from initial studies to integration. Her principal technical domains are mobility, smart grids, artificial intelligence and telecommunications.
Madeleine Francillard has five years of international experience at Siemens in Germany. She holds a Master’s degree in computer science from the University of Grenoble and a degree from the Stanford University Executive Program at the Graduate School of Business.
Anil MENGI
Chair Marketing Working Group
Anil Mengi is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in electronics, communications, and business administration. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Istanbul Technical University, M.Sc. from Christian-Albrecht University of Kiel, and a doctorate from the University of Duisburg-Essen.
He also holds an Executive MBA from Maastricht University School of Business and Economics. Anil Mengi has worked at Atlas Elektronik and is currently the Vice President of Strategic Positioning at devolo AG, a global leader in powerline communication technology. He is marketing chair of G3-Alliance since 2016.
